Booking is simple! Just select your preferred date and book by clicking here.
Pick a day when you're free and can dedicate the whole day to being online (no client meetings or major commitments). We'll stay in touch via Slack, with regular meetings on Google Meet, so make sure this day is your priority. You can handle lighter tasks like admin while I work. You can book your day anywhere from 1 to 8 weeks in advance, you will be sent an invoice after booking.

Before the day arrives, take some time to think about your brand’s vision, goals, and any ideas you want to incorporate. It’s also helpful to gather any existing assets or inspiration (like colour palettes or logos) to share with me. We will have a kick off strategy session to go over this and make sure that your visuals are strategically aligned with your business.

9:00 AM – Strategy & Direction
We kick things off with a 45 minute strategy session where we dive into your brand, vision, and target audience. We’ll clarify your positioning and set the creative direction for the day.9:45 AM – Research & Initial Concepts
I step away to explore design directions, curate inspiration, and start shaping the core elements of your brand identity.12:00–1:00 PM – Lunch Break
We both take an hour to recharge before the afternoon.1:00 PM – 5:00 PM Refinement & Collaboration
I present logo concepts, colour palettes, and typography choices. We refine in real time, ensuring every detail aligns with your brand’s personality.Finalising & Delivery
By the end of the day, we’ll have a fully developed brand identity. Depending on how much time we’ve used, you’ll either receive your final assets and a mini brand guide that evening or the next day. -
You’ll receive your brand assets and mini brand guidelines document within 24 hours of the session. You can start using your branding immediately!

As per Swedish law, VAT (25%) will be added to invoices for:
Swedish clients (private or business) – VAT (25%) is added to your invoice.
EU businesses with a valid VAT number – No VAT, you account for it in your own country (EU reverse charge).
EU clients without a VAT number – VAT (25%) is added.
Clients outside the EU (private or business) – No VAT is charged.
