Are there additional fees associated with this package?

Yes, a few things to be aware of:

• Domain name: You’ll need to secure one for your business.

• Website hosting: Squarespace plans start from €11/month.

• Scheduling integrations: Tools like Acuity or Calendly for client bookings and require a separate subscription.

• Custom fonts: If you want a premium or licensed font (not available on Google Fonts), there may be a one-time fee this can range anywhere between €20 - €100+. I can always work within a budget - custom fonts really help take your branding and site from generic to unique.

• Multilingual site: If you want your site in more than one language, I recommend using third-party tool Weglot to easily translate the site. It integrates seamlessly with Squarespace and costs €15/month.

Here’s the thing - yes, technically anyone can “make a website” these days. Wix, Canva, Squarespace… drag, drop, done. But let’s be real: does that kind of site sell for you while you sleep? Does it guide your dream clients to book with you, trust you, and pay you? Probably not.

The DIY route seems cheaper at first, but you often end up paying for it in other ways—through your time, your energy, your stress, and yes, eventually your money. Because patchy, off-brand websites that don’t convert? They cost you leads, credibility, and opportunities.

There’s a massive difference between building a website and building a strategic, sales-driven online presence that works as hard as you do. As per Swedish law, VAT (25%) will be added to invoices for:

• Swedish clients (private or business) – VAT (25%) is added to your invoice.

• EU businesses with a valid VAT number – No VAT, you account for it in your own country (EU reverse charge).

Your involvement is key - the more you put in, the more you get out. For our Web in a Week package, it’s a fast, focused sprint, so you’ll need to be available throughout the week for workshops, giving feedback, and reviewing your site and branding.

For the Complete Glow Up, the process is more flexible. You can continue with your usual schedule while we meet around twice a week. You’ll still need to carve out time to review the website and provide comments, but some background tasks can be done at your own pace.

For Web in a Week, it helps to start thinking about your brand photos in advance - these can make or break your site. Since it’s a fast-paced sprint, having these ready will make the process smoother.

For the Complete Glow Up, the process is less intense and more flexible. I’ll guide you along the way, including providing a photo direction moodboard that you can hand to your photographer, so you can create images that perfectly match your brand.

Professional photos make such a difference - I can’t recommend them enough. You could have the most stunning website in the world, but if your images don’t match the vibe, it just won’t hit the same.

For Web in a Week, things move quickly, so it’s best to have your photos ready before we kick off.

For The Complete Glow Up, the pace is a little slower. You can start reaching out to photographers once we begin working together - I’ll create a photo direction moodboard (included in your package) to guide the shoot. I’m also happy to set up a short complimentary call with your photographer to align on the brand’s visual direction.
