How the partnership works month to month
Your marketing priorities won’t look exactly the same every month, and your support shouldn’t either.
At the start of each month, we look at what’s happening in your business: what you’re selling, what’s coming up, what’s been neglected, and where your marketing could be working harder. Then we agree on what makes the most sense to focus on with the time you have reserved.
One month we might be creating consistent content and emails around your core offer. The next, you might be launching something new and we shift our attention to the campaign, sales page and promotional content instead.
You don’t need to arrive with a perfectly organised to-do list. Part of my job is helping you work out what actually deserves our attention, and then helping you get it done.

Stay visible without having to come up with, create and publish every piece of content yourself. We can work on Instagram, Facebook or LinkedIn content, including content planning, post ideas, copywriting, carousel design, reel editing from footage you provide and scheduling, always built around your expertise, offers and audience.

What could 5 hours look like?
A typical month might include 4-6 Instagram posts designed, written + scheduled, a couple of marketing emails and a few smaller website updates.This is just an example. Your monthly hours are completely flexible, you might want me focused purely on Instagram, or use my time across content, email, your website and other marketing priorities as they come up.

What could 10 hours look like?
A typical month might include 6-8 Instagram posts designed, written + scheduled, 6-8 LinkedIn posts written + scheduled, 2-4 marketing emails and smaller website updates such as adding new testimonials or refreshing existing content.But it could just as easily be a month where we put more of that time into a launch, sales campaign, lead magnet, or bigger website project.
You simply have more of my time reserved for your business, which means we can get more done and keep more of your marketing moving at once.

Before your monthly support begins, we’ll have a couple of strategy sessions so I can get properly under the skin of your business, who you’re speaking to, what you sell, what makes your approach different, and what you actually want your marketing to do.
You won’t be starting from scratch with me. I’ve worked specifically with coaches and service providers since 2021, so I already understand the world you’re operating in. The goal is simply to get me up to speed on your business so we can hit the ground running.

We’ll look at what’s happening in your business, what you’re selling, and where your marketing needs attention, then decide together what makes the most sense to prioritise that month.
