6 working days (Friday-Friday)
This is a focused, hands-on process where strategy, messaging, copy and design come together quickly and collaboratively. Because I work closely with each client throughout the week, I only take on a limited number of Web in a Week projects.
this is for you if…
✓ You’re an established coach with clients, results, and offers you’re already selling.
✓ You’re a big part of why clients choose the business… your expertise, approach and personality matter.
✓ Your website no longer reflects the calibre of your work or makes your difference obvious.
✓ You have one primary audience and around 1-3 established offers.
✓ You want positioning, messaging, branding, copy and web design handled together rather than piecing it all together yourself.
THE OBVIOUS CHOICE framework ©
The 4 things a high-converting website gets right:
1) clarity
Making sure visitors instantly grasp what you do, who it’s for, and how to work with you (while filtering the wrong people out).
2) TRUST
Positioning you as the undisputed real deal using real proof, authority signals, and human connection so people trust you quickly.
3) DIFFERENTIATION
Infusing your actual personality and tone into the design and copy so you stand out instead of blending into a sea of generic competitors.
4) CONVERSION
Stripping away all the friction and creating a super smooth, obvious pathway for dream clients to take that next step to work with you.
MEET YOUR NEW WEBSITE DESIGNER
hey there, I’M Elle
I’m a British brand + website designer based in Stockholm, specialising in helping established coaches turn their expertise, personality and approach into an online presence that makes them easier to trust and choose.
Since 2022, I’ve worked with 50+ international clients to bring positioning, messaging, branding, copy and web design together, so their online presence makes the quality of their work much easier to see.
I’ve also spent a year collaborating with Squarespace as their Nordic Circle Partner and delivered workshops for Berghs School of Communication, Antler and Norrsken.
I believe a great website shouldn’t just make your business look good. It should make the right person feel confident choosing you.
HOW DOES IT WORK?
day-by-day breakdown
-
We define the strategic foundation for your new website: your positioning, audience, offers, messaging and customer journey. By the end of the day, we have a clear direction for everything that follows.
-
We turn that strategy into a visual direction. You’ll be presented with three moodboards, then we’ll refine your chosen route into a complete identity including your logos, typography, and colour palette.
-
I begin writing your website copy and building your site on your chosen template, fully tailored to your brand, positioning and offers. This is where everything starts coming together visually and verbally.
-
I continue developing the site, refining the copy, imagery, layout and customer journey. We then review the first full version together, and you’ll have dedicated time afterwards to go through the site properly and send your feedback.
-
I implement your feedback and refine the website across desktop and mobile. We’ll review the updated version together so we can make sure everything feels clear, cohesive, and ready for launch.
-
We complete the final tweaks, connect your domain and prepare your new website to go live. Once approved, your new online presence is ready to start supporting the next stage of your business.
-
For two weeks after launch, you can report any technical issues (if they arise) that were present at launch, such as broken links, form issues or display glitches, and I’ll put them right.

The Web in a Week templates are not standard Squarespace templates. I’ve designed and built each one from scratch specifically for coaches and service providers, based on the website strategy and conversion principles I use with my clients.
They give us a strong strategic foundation, including the page structure, user journey and key sections, so we’re not starting from a blank page during your week.
From there, your website is personalised to your business through your branding, fonts, colours, photography, messaging and copy, so the finished site feels completely like you.
The structure is intentionally streamlined rather than endlessly customisable, which is what allows us to create a strategic, polished website in one focused week without sacrificing the thinking behind it.
-
Web in a Week is designed around a focused website with everything your ideal client actually needs to understand, trust and work with you. Each template has the following core pages (home, service 1, service 2, service 3, about, testimonials, blog, contact)
If an additional page is genuinely needed, I can usually add this for an additional fee. We’ll agree the scope and cost before your project begins.
-
Your offers don’t need to be perfectly positioned or perfectly worded, that’s something I’ll help you refine.
However, you should already have a clear idea of what you’re selling, who it’s for, what’s included, your pricing, and how clients work with you before your project begins.
If you’re still deciding what your offers actually are, restructuring your entire offer suite or figuring out your business model, I’d recommend doing that work before booking Web in a Week.
-
Web in a Week works best for businesses with one clear primary audience and around 1-3 core offers.
Those offers can absolutely include a mix of things like 1:1 services, group programmes or a course, as long as they sit within one clear customer journey.
If you serve several completely different audiences or have a large, complex offer ecosystem, Web in a Week may not be the right fit. We can talk through this on your strategy call before you book.
-
I take care of the basic on-site SEO set-up for your new website, including:
Clear heading hierarchy
Image alt descriptions
SEO page titles
Meta descriptions
This gives your website the basic on-site structure it needs for search engines to understand your content.
Web in a Week does not include an ongoing SEO strategy, keyword research, backlink building, content marketing for SEO, technical SEO campaigns, or guaranteed search rankings.
-
Web in a Week is designed for relatively straightforward coaching and service-based websites.
Things like enquiry forms, email sign-up forms, booking links and standard third-party integrations can usually be incorporated into your site.
If your business relies on more complex functionality, automations, memberships, portals, custom payment journeys or unusual integrations, please bring this up during your strategy call. Anything outside the standard website set-up needs to be discussed and technically confirmed before it can be included within your project.
-
This is a collaborative, fast-moving process, so I’ll need you to be available during the week to review the work and provide feedback within the agreed timeframes.
You won’t be sitting beside me designing your website (that’s my job) but quick feedback is what allows us to keep momentum and get everything finished and launched within the week.
You’ll receive the full project timeline in advance, so you’ll know exactly when I need you.
-
Before your project begins, you’ll need to have your core offers, pricing and basic deliverables decided, along with any existing brand photography, testimonials and other content or assets we’ll need.
You don’t need to arrive with perfectly polished positioning, messaging or website copy, that’s where I come in.
I’ll give you clear preparation guidance before we begin so you know exactly what needs to be ready and when.
-
I highly recommend it. Great photography makes a huge difference to how premium, trustworthy, and personal your website feels.
If you don’t already have suitable brand images, I’ll help you plan what you need so you can get the right shots before your website week begins.
-
You’ll have 14 days of post-launch technical support.
That gives you time to use the finished site properly and let me know if you spot something that isn’t functioning as intended, such as a broken link, form issue or display glitch, and I’ll put it right.
This support period covers technical fixes rather than reopening approved design, strategy or copy revisions.
-
Your Web in a Week investment covers the work outlined in your proposal.
You’ll also be responsible for your own Squarespace subscription, domain and any paid third-party platforms, fonts or software your website requires. If I recommend anything that carries an additional cost, I’ll always let you know before we use it.
-
Absolutely. Your website will be built in Squarespace so you can manage and update your own content going forward.
I’ll also make sure you have the guidance you need to confidently make everyday updates after launch.
-
Yes. I work with clients internationally and everything can be completed remotely. All meetings and feedback take place online, so you can work with me from wherever you’re based.
-
Squarespace subscriptions can’t be transferred from one website to another, so your new Web in a Week site will need its own subscription.
If you still have time remaining on your current Squarespace plan, it’s worth contacting Squarespace support and explaining that you’re staying with Squarespace but moving to a newly built site. They sometimes refund the unused portion of your existing subscription, although this isn’t guaranteed and is ultimately at Squarespace’s discretion.
I can help make sure the new site is set up correctly and your domain is connected when we’re ready to launch.
-
25% VAT applies to Swedish clients and EU businesses without a valid VAT number. EU businesses with a valid VAT number and businesses outside the EU are normally not charged Swedish VAT, we will confirm. thison your strategy call.
-
Yes. Connecting your existing domain to your new Squarespace website is included, so I’ll take care of getting everything connected and ready for launch.
If you don’t already have a professional business email address and would like one using your domain (for example, hello@yourbusiness.com), you’ll be responsible for setting this up and managing the email subscription yourself.
-
My aim is always conversion, and your brand and website will be built with that in mind, helping the right people understand your value, trust your expertise and take the next step. Many of my clients have seen amazing results after launch, from more enquiries to increased bookings and better-fit clients. However, I can’t guarantee a specific number of enquiries, sales, bookings or conversion rate, as those results are also influenced by things outside the website itself, including your offer, pricing, audience, traffic, visibility, marketing activity and market demand.
READY FOR YOUR WEBSITE TO CATCH UP WITH YOUR COACHING BUSINESS?
If you’re already doing great work but your website isn’t making that obvious, Web in a Week is designed to close that gap.
